excessively small room reserved terrace
the location is AMAZING i stepped out of the hotel and i was on the main centre street full of food choices and walking to everything.
for the amount i PAID, the room was excessively small, almost resembling a service room. the bed was tiny i was expecting more. i wanted to go to the terrace for a coffee, i was told it was reserved for an event. i ended up going to a nearby café instead, this wasn't ideal.

mixed feelings about my stay
poor bathroom design slow wifi
the location was quite central, made getting around fairly easy.
I had a less than stellar experience due to several issues. the bathroom design was a problem. Water spilled outside the bathtub every time i used it. also, the "premium" wifi was slow. My mobile data worked better (it's strange to even call it premium).

Excellent City Center Stay
attentive staff easy access complimentary chocolates
The staff was very attentive. They addressed all my requests promptly. The location provided easy access to main attractions. I walked everywhere easily. My room was clean, and I liked the complimentary chocolates I received upon arrival. I felt welcomed.
The gym was small, and it became crowded during peak hours. I had to wait to use some equipment.

excellent location good size wonderful staff ac unit cold room basic tv
the location was excellent , within walking distance to grand place. the room was a good size and very clean. the staff were wonderful and always available.
the heater was only an ac unit , and it made me sick. the room was cold because it only went up to 25 degrees. there were no slippers in the room , and the tv was very basic.

clean room wide array excellent service convenient access
Our second visit confirmed the hotel's commitment to excellent service. The room was clean. Breakfast featured a wide array of options. The metro stop offers convenient access to the airport.
Soundproofing could be better as I heard doors closing loudly.

central location, a mixed experience
central location rooftop view breakfast options
The location was central. Getting around was simple! the rooftop view added a special touch to my stay. i found the room quiet and relaxing. the breakfast had many options, nice.
the air conditioning wasn't great, a simple fan was offered instead! the tap in the bathroom was a bit old and had a small leak. this wasn't ideal.

breakfast occurred on the 9th floor, and it provided a lot of light. there was freshly squeezed orange juice. many smoothies. hot beverages were easily accessible from a self-serve machine.
